I have been thoroughly impressed with the dance classes! The calibre and professionalism exhibited by the teachers exceeds anything I've experienced at some of the larger, commercial gyms. I learn a new combination at every class, get a great cardio workout, stretch and HAVE A BLAST!

The teachers really do a great job of making everyone in the class feel comfortable AND challenged- no matter how little or how much dance training you've had. I've literally felt privileged to be learning from such accomplished and talented dancers/ choreographers and i am SO glad that I found AT ONE FITNESS!!
