This fun and unique fitness boot camp helps individuals achieve long term success while providing them with great support and dedication. Boot camp participants will work the entire body while improving strength, balance, stability, core, agility, and their cardiovascular system all in one work out. You will be completely revitalized by this class!
All In One
This one-of-a-kind class begins with a warm-up, broken down into easy to follow steps to help prevent injury and ensure the benefit from each exercise. The warm-up is followed by learning how to use the heavy bag in punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Class finishes with "ab" work, stretching and meditation. This workout gets it all done—"all in one" class!
Foam Roller Stretch
Using a foam roller is one of the best new ways to prevent and diminish muscle knots by using your own body weight to generate direct pressure on tight areas. If you want to release tight muscles, this is your class!
A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

A class led by a Senior Exercise Therapist focusing on range of
motion and strength therapy, balance and core exercises,
functional movement training, focus and clarity techniques, and
positive outlook methods.
Our instructor Skye practiced and developed her yoga skills for 13 years, prior to deciding to become a certified instructor. Her knowledge and understanding has allowed her to develop a class combining many different styles and Yoga Awareness. Yoga includes a science that will balance, clear, energize and integrate your body and mind.
